Fee

Profile Management discusses fees for services and possible cost prior to accepting the assignment. All agreements are made in writing. We invoice a follows:

Expert Finding:

  • an intial fee when the Expert Finding assignment is given
  • a percentage of the agreed upon gross annual income of the candidate, after placement.

Sherlock Report:

  • a set fee depending on the size and degree of complexity of the ‘must have’ and ‘nice to have’ criteria.
